The 9K6® personable approach includes reviewing what an organisation is currently doing and working out best practice going forward. This involves an understanding of high-level business models through to the technological detail. 

Working with both the senior leadership and operational teams, a discovery period identifies current architecture and work practices. From the strategic roadmap, a technological roadmap is created for implementation moving from a current paradigm to an agreed cloud, traditional, or hybrid infrastructure. 

An advisory service is also provided to other teams and parts of an organisation at a technological level. 

All solution architecture experience includes the process of evaluation, planning, strategy, design and technical development, integration, review, monitoring, and management. Working as the interface between the business stakeholders and the technical delivery teams, including vendor management.
